1. In 1833, Andrew Jackson's home had both an indoor bathroom and running water available.

2. Millard Fillmore's first lady, Abigail, demanded access to hot water for bathing in 1851, however, it didn't become available until 1853 when Franklin Pierce was serving as the Chief Executive in office.

3. William Howard Taft, 27th President of the United States and 300lbs got stuck in the tub and so, demanded a bathtub big enough to fit all the men required to install it.
